OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES IN THE APPLICATION
I. On Contractor
- To deliver the specified object test normal functioning and equipped.
- To provide instructions for use in Bulgarian language specifications of embedded hardware products and materials, certificates and / or test for them.
- To pay the required fee for testing before receiving the report with test results.
- The cost of the service is paid according to the prepared calculation, procedures and stages set out in the price list of the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology.
- Receive test site no later than 5 / five / working days of the notification after the test.
II. On Performer
- To perform the test, a test protocol issue and inform the Contracting Authority to complete the test.
- To promptly inform the Employer of variations occurred in the testing process leading to inability to continue the test.

The Contractor shall not be liable for tests subject to the Contracting Authority in the cases:
- when the object is damaged or destroyed as a result of effects applied on it in the testing process;
- in default of the Employer in T4 of this request.

The PERFORMER shall not be granted to natural and legal persons documents and information related to the execution of the work without the consent of the CONTRACTOR.
Employer and the Performer shall resolve all disputes in accordance with established procedures in the Manual of Quality Testing Laboratory EMC.
